We undertake to provide your continuous shift service round the clock.

All wages and allied benefit of staff as such Salary, PF, etc, are payable by us and the management does not have to inquire additional payment besides our monthly fee.

The security contract will be accepted for a minimum period of ONE year as probation in the first phase and thereafter it will be renewed for a minimum period of TWO years.

Termination of the contract will be required ONE month's notice or payment in lieu of on either side.

Re-Employment: You shall not employ our security personnel for a period of one year from the date of termination of our contract.

The client will be responsible to provide and maintain security covers perimeters wall, Fencing, Security lights, proper gates, Fire alarms emergency lights, Torches with cells, and necessary stationery items and Furniture, etc.

In an emergency situation such as strike, gherao, dharna, etc. Or other abnormal situation, the client will provide Meals to are personnel employed with him, free of cost.

While protecting your material, men, money, and information, if there is any police/court case or any such Legal proceedings, the expenditure in the regard shall be borne by you.
